Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Website
Founded in 1925, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport was the first municipally owned airport in the United States. Today, it’s still the largest airport in the state of Ohio and also one of the region’s busiest.
Design and develop an entirely new web experience from the ground up.
Launch a new site that utilizes an intuitive menu design and bold picture choices to reflect the airport’s commitment to the highest quality experience.
Partnering with the team at CLE, Recess designed and developed a dynamic website that delivers a comprehensive experience to both arriving and departing travelers. Featuring an easy-to-navigate menu and informative, traveler-centric callouts, the site is built to be an extension of the airport itself - rich and inspired. Utilizing responsive design, the site also delivers a completely adaptable experience that easily transitions between computers, tablets and mobile devices. Perfect for jetsetters on the go or those who like to plan before they even leave the driveway.
The new site, coupled with a general brand refresh, resulted in a year-over-year increase in overall web traffic by 85%, in page views by 74% and in organic search traffic by 43%.
